About Us

Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, Pasta, Burgers, and Wings! Fatman’s is more than a pizza, pasta, sandwich, and wings restaurant; we are the destination place for family and friends that serves the body, mind, and soul.

We, the Struble family, have owned Fatman’s since January of 2019. Prior to that, it had been operating in Apache Junction since 1999. We, and our staff, humbly serve our customers. We strive to provide a wholesome and caring atmosphere to enjoy a great meal among friends.

Fatman’s serves Chicago-style pizza, meaning deep with lots and lots of cheese! Each customer can build their own pizza from a variety of toppings and sauces. Everything is prepared when ordered and delivered hot and ready to eat! In addition to pizza, we serve several pasta dishes, which can be made to order. Our many hot sandwiches can also be customized to your liking. When it comes to wings, we are continuously experimenting with tasty new flavors and combinations. These range from a basic garlic parmesan, to traditional honey BBQ, to one of our newer favorites, Carolina Gold. Our side dishes, appetizers, and salads can be ordered with each meal or a la carte.

Desserts are something that we are having fun developing and revising. These range from cannoli, brownies, and cheesecake to our numerous flavors of shakes and malts. They are an amazing way to end a great meal or, in some cases, to start a meal 🙂

We pride ourselves in listening to our customers. We are always looking to improve our atmosphere, service, and food. If you have an idea for something for us to try, please talk to us. We are always open and willing to build a sandwich, pasta dish, or pizza that we can add to our menu. They may become part of our “unofficial” menu. This is what families do.
